Firstly, let me give credit where credit is due: the team followed the schedule and completed the project on time, which is quite rare, and we are extremely grateful for it. The villa looked perfect during the handover, we received flowers and congratulations by the team and parted on good terms. As soon as we moved in, various issues started arising daily, weekly and until now, 3 years on, we are facing new problems that we need to fix and sort out on regular basis. Our contract stated a full-time project engineer to oversee the works, the first time we met the engineer was when we faced numerous issues. Instead, the person in charge of our project was a foreman/plumber. To sum up the quality of the plumber’s work: every single toilet and bathroom wasn’t operating properly and still some are out of order. During the warranty period the company were coming back to fix those issues, some of them were dealt with. The year passed and even though we were half way through dealing with post renovation problems, the company stopped replying to us and acknowledging our complaints. We had to pay another company to replace All the access panels in the entire villa because they were too small to carry out AC maintenance. We also need to replace our whole kitchen ceiling because it is not possible to install a new access panel due to the AC units location, for now every time we clean the AC we have to move out as the kitchen can’t be used. As the list is too long to continue, I will pen off with the latest example of the workmanship. Both sinks fell into the vanity. It turns out the fixing kit wasn’t used, the sinks were just glued.

Sadly we had to re-renovate our villa for more than a year after the handover from GTS, while living in it with our young children. We had 5 A4 pages of snagging that only kept growing as we moved in. We had to re-do floors as the screeding under the tiles wasnt done properly (this required use of a jackhammer to remove tiles and poor screeding), we were flooded after the first rain althought they did waterproofing, all boxing of wadrobes had to be redone multiple times, we were left with poor pluming and cracked masonry work (5 months after they redid it), to this day we dont have sufficient access to some of our ACs, just to name few. Overall it was both the quality of service and workmanship that we thought we were paying for. Although they continued to return and fix some of the issues (some are still outstanding), it was a painful experience and caused considerable stress for a long period of time.

I don’t even know where to start , this has been such an amazing journey. One that’s supposed to be stressful , full of fears and doubts but with you and your wonderful team all was so joyful and a breeze. Your professionalism and knowledge along with your endless patience... from day one we were so impressed with the progress you made each and every day, it was also an absolute joy to come on site as I absolutely loved seeing everyone, such friendly team , I’m not exaggerating when I say it felt like I gained another family!! The house was delivered on time , just over 2 months, everything was even better than we expected and we’ve been so happy living and creating new memories in our dream home all thanks to you 🙏🏻 I want to also mention your after support which was incredible to have the guys helping me with little things I couldn’t have done by myself. I am honestly so thrilled and we keep getting compliments on our home and everyone wants to know who was the dream team behind it :) Thank you from the bottom of our hearts , we would pick you a million times over and then who knows what the future holds 😁 Like my daughter said on hand over day: “Keep doing what you doing because you are incredible at it!! “ Wishing you all the success in your future projects.
