Great Brunch in Bloom Saturday experience. Great variety of food. I like that the food was served to our table so we don't have to get up on the buffet. Food presentation was great and colorful. Flavorful options too. The live music and alfresco dining was such a relaxed mood. Plus points for having complimentary pool access along with this brunch!

It was a great experience. We were 10 people and we bought the package with breakfast and pool. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet was good with a lot of choices. Also the view of the hotel is so nice. Our host - Koe was very kind and professional. We spent there 4 hours. Definitely will do it again. Recommend!

Their Saturday Brunch is well worth checking out because it also includes pool and beach access, so it's a fun way to spend the weekend outdoors with such stunning views. Their have an ultra-spacious venue with both indoor and outdoor seating. The food is beautifully presented. It's a four course brunch deal with sharing plates. Salad jars are also a very cool concept. Their desserts are super gorgeous looking.

To have Iftar here was wonderful. The restaurant was nice. The outdoor seating has a nice view of the Ain Dubai. The food station is organized, a lot of Arabic, Indian and Turkish choices from appetizers, mains, desserts and drinks. I love the wide Hummus selection, the salads and the Lamb is super good as it is tasty and tender. Also the Shawarma, you shouldn’t miss as it is so good. The dessert as well I can’t get enough. Jenny is very kind and assistive along with all the staff, all pleasant. Overall, dining here is an experience you can’t miss.

We had a fantastic experience at Hilton’s Gastro Kitchen! Amit provided outstanding service, and Jyoti flawlessly coordinated all the arrangements for our birthday pool party. The food was delicious, and the cake was simply amazing—thanks to the Chef! The venue is perfect for hosting parties, and the entire team made our pool birthday celebration truly memorable. Hilton consistently delivers top-notch experiences! Highly recommended!
