Gateway Hotel

Amazing service overall. Hotel could do with a refit here and there. But service was beyond outstanding. Super affordable and if you don’t mind the rush of the area this place is perfect. Parking underground free. Lord of restaurants around if you want to try good food. Plenty of police patrolling so don’t worry about the rush of the area. It’s normal business practice in here. People can be big loud but thats it. Yours perfectly safe. We will comeback. Highly recommend this hotel.

Not bad at all. Affordable and service was exceptional. Stayed here with my mom for 2 nights and we really enjoyed it. Of course there’s the traffic but parking is free and service is outstanding. Plenty of eateries around. Will come back

I have stayed from 14th march to 19th March 2025 in quadruple room. It was having 2 interconnected Room having 1 king size bed and 2 single bed 1 sofa set. Our booking included breakfast. We enjoyed multiple options breakfast. Food was excellent. Hotel Manager miss Jyoti was very helpful and polite in nature. She had good knowledge of different tourist spots and shared with us. I enjoyed the stay at Gateway hotel. Only improvement required the travel desk person I feel whose knowledge about different tourist place and how to reach there need to updated.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dubai on 11-12 May 2025. The room was nice, great price value and the atmosphere welcoming. Big thanks to the lady manager, dressed in grey — she was very kind and helpful . All the people working there are very friendly . I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

My stay at Gateway Hotel was quite disappointing. The room was unexpectedly tiny, barely offering any space to move around comfortably. To make matters worse, they charged me extra for a bottle of water, something that most hotels provide complimentary, usually two per day. These small gestures go a long way in hospitality, and sadly, Gateway fell short. Overall, the experience felt stingy and unwelcoming. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
