If unorganized and bad customer service had a face, then it just has to be this Company. I have been after them for almost 2 months now and their sales person named Viju still has not been able to get my medical insurance finalised. It took him more than a month to just get a quote out for my renewal case, which I approved within 2 days. Now its been more than a week and they have still not been able to finalise the insurance. And this same scenario had occured last year as well, about which I complained to their Department Head. Viju and his manager's job profile basically involves just pacifying customers, making false verbal promises, covering internal goofups and not committing to any thing in writing. I'm sorry to say, but thats a typical shady broker's approach.. Extremely unprofessional lot these people. An advise to all...stay far from them, as I am sure there are much better companies out there who will value us much more and will be able to give us more value for our money.

Zero customer service Zero follow up for thier clients Complete carelessness about people health insurance I have been in UAE for 9 years , dealt with many brokers and this is the absolute worst ever Employee name Sruthy snair , she doesn't even know what is her responsibilities My worst experience ever , if I could give negative stars , this company will take negative 100 star

I am writing to express my frustration with the service I received from GATEWAY INSURANCE BROKER regarding our application for group medical insurance. After diligently providing all required documentation and information, we were met with an unsatisfactory and dismissive response from one of your sales representatives, Thejal Satheesan. Instead of addressing our concerns or offering a solution, Thejal Satheesan informed us that due to a key person being on vacation, there would be significant delays. Worse yet, Thejal Satheesan suggested that we "check with other brokers," which is not only unprofessional but also unfair to us as customers. It is unacceptable to shift the burden of internal staffing issues onto your clients. We expected better customer service and a more proactive approach to resolving our application process. It should not be our problem if a key staff member is temporarily unavailable. I hope this feedback serves as a reminder to improve customer service practices and ensure that future clients do not experience similar frustration.

As an existing business customer I expect a certain level of service but zero service is unacceptable. I will not share more details other than to say I have been trying to buy property insurance and my POC has been radio silent for the past two weeks with no replies to my follow ups. Steer clear of Gateway is my advise and I'll happily be taking my business elsewhere and to someone who shows me some form of response and respect.

In the past 20yrs - Never come across such an unprofessional team, especially when it comes to acknowledge or respond to emails or call requests for refund of policy amount if cancelled. Make sure you take in writing what they promise to offer you! Unfortunately have to give one star for this!!
