Yoga sessions are the best appealing , challenging and never the same.The well trained instructors had authentic teaching styles from beginners to advanced and they were very attentive and motivating . Madam Sunitha with a vast subjective knowledge ,teaching experience and caring attitude had been a inspiration for me. Amazing Amazing Amazing experience. I have been doing yoga with Sunita Bhalla for about 10 days now and I feel an excellent and positive change in myself and immense flexibility in my body. Very experienced, warm and considerate teacher with great yoga and meditation skills. Open for outdoor yoga classes at venue of your choice to enhance your experience. The beach and public garden experience is worth a try. 👍🏻

Gems of Yoga is a private yoga studio, managed and beloved by the owner, who is giving classes and new thoughts by herself and sharing her positive experiences and energy. Yoga at Gems is the opposite of the stress of daily life and adding an absolute surrounding feel well. I went there to get some yoga classes and I found there friends of mind and my new balance.
