Unhelpful and unethical practices are being practiced at this company. Even cancelled projects monies they wont return back and trying to get profit from buyers money.

Do not deal with this company. They charge additional amounts and are unwilling to provide invoices against this when asked. No one is present at the reception and they ask the janitor/office boy to talk to tenants/buyers and receive documents. No replies to emails as well; be aware when dealing with anyone from here (even if the company owning the building is different - in my case Al Shahed Asset Management),you will have to deal with unprofessional people like Mr Tarek Messaoudi . They charged 750 dhs from security deposit and refused to provide invoices. The apartment was handed off in excellent condition (better than what I received it) after 6 years of being a model tenant, and there was nothing damaged in the apartment beyond regular wear and tear. I have also replaced multiple times ( at my own expense) the shower heads and shattafs in the apartment as no one from maintenance or either of these companies responds. The buildings they handle are also very poorly maintained.

poor in dealing and known as company changing the promise and deal in a rude way. very very poor services. they change the price as well after giving written commitment and receiving payment.

Never work with this company if you are a supplier of any sort, they will not pay you for 2 years and if you follow them up, they will block your emails.

This company is fraud. Have eaten a lot of people’s money. It was formerly TAMEER HOLDING INVESTMENT LLC
