I applied for my visa thru an amer was stuck online due to a small issue. Was trying to resolve it since 2 weeks. Took appointment and visited. Staff was.so Helpful. It was a delight. My issue was resolved in literally 5mins and visa approved in an hour online. Really alprecite how swiftly they work. Thanks guys... another reason to Love DUBAI

I have an issue with my passport not being able to use the smart gate in the airport. After trying several different offices, no one knows the reason behind and how to provide a solution. Everyone keeps pushing the responsibility to other offices… also I have been told that all Chinese look the same and have the same name so automatically the smart gate machine can’t know who is who, which is kind of racist remark?!

Last year I had self sponsored visa and I got residency and emirates ID valid for 1 year. This year I got an employment visa, this time my emirates ID is not issued because of some mistake in father name in the RESIDENCY (Iqama). However last year I got emirates id on it without any issue, Now I want to do correction in my father name, I appeared for the correction in GDRFA office but they didn't do correction and asking to bring Employer Emirates ID. My employer is traveling and he may not be available for more than 2 months. My bank account is suspended now, I cannot withdraw any money from my account. my SIM card is not working because my emirates ID is not issue. GDRA does not do correction when I go to the office today. This is my Emirates id, I need correction in my father name, then why need Emirates ID of employer?? Last year there was no issue in the same spellings of father name,

I am incredibly grateful to Lt. Abdullah Hakeem for his outstanding support and professionalism. My visa cancellation process was quite complicated, and after visiting multiple Amer centers and terminal 3 immigration offices with no success, I was feeling helpless. However, Lt. Abdullah resolved my issue in just 15–20 minutes. His knowledge, efficiency, and willingness to assist made all the difference. I would also like to extend my thanks to the lady at Counter 16.
