We initially expected our project to be completed in three months, but after nine months of waiting with minimal progress, it became clear that the team lacked the necessary expertise to move forward effectively. Their knowledge seemed more aligned with that of a high school level rather than the professional standards we expected. At this point, we decided it was time to move on and work with another team. When we requested a refund for the amount we paid, they refused to return our money, which raised serious concerns about their accountability and professionalism. I would not recommend GetMax.ae to anyone looking for reliable IT solutions. Save your time and money by seeking a more competent provider.
