beautiful and wonderful store with all its details and all its items are special. This store is a treasure. I visited it to buy things for Ramadan and frankly I was confused about what to buy as there are many wonderful products... I chose products and decorations for Ramadan and I am very happy with them. The employees were wonderful and... Help me choose the products... I would definitely like to visit this store again and I advise you to visit it, as you will find many of the items you need for all occasions and gifts.

Since i went to Gift factory to get a valentine's Day gift for the people i loved o have discovered that place is a hidden gem with the good good price also as long the ladies there help me a lot i have got this balon for the people i don't know speared love.. back to the prices i have got a teddy with 65 aed coffee cup for 20 aed some balon. for my birthday 10 aed and some decorations for my room starting from 15 Aed i highly sugget if u didn't bought a valentine's gift yet this is your place where u can go

One of the worst staff which i have ever dealt with in the whole world, very bad attitude. I came with a photo frame just to wrap it and the staff did it very badly, when i raised my consern over it her comment was “if u dont liked it go and do it yourself , we only charged this much so thats the result you get” I didnt bargain for the price i paid what they asked for Attn Owner / Manager Is this how u train ur staff to treat ur customers 😡😡😡 Charge more and keep someone who knows how to do the job or atleast treat ur customer nicely Never recommend this place to anyone and not coming here again.
