Gift Garden Department Store

The store has cheap items and an average selection, which makes it a decent option for budget shopping. However, the staff is not helpful at all. They seem uninterested and unwilling to assist customers. Better customer service would make the shopping experience much more pleasant.

I just buy a toy and they are selling defective toys it almost hurt my nepfew the remote car smells smoke and burning and the following day i return the toy but they are refusing to change or refund and it's not small amount 92 AED is not small and the staff is not helpful and very rude. Less than a day i returned the toy and they don't want to accept no return no exchange policy shame on this department store.

Very very bad staff no have manners specially the cashiers staff and the products are not good enough for the garbage

CHEAP stuff, they sell defective toys and cheap material. They scammed my 6 year old with a defective toy, he was totally heart broken after opening up the 'sealed box'. They refused to replace. I had to buy another one from a different shop. Unreliable. Waste of time for me.
