When it was finally his turn, he went back again to get more items. I asked the employee to process my transaction quickly, but he told me to wait as the customer would be returning. I waited about a minute, and when he didn’t come back, I asked again. The employee looked at me with an inappropriate smile and, in a rude tone, suggested that I go to the cashier on the other side. When I looked, I saw that it was crowded. It was clear that there was some kind of hostility or discrimination in his treatment towards Gulf customers. When I mentioned that I would report this experience on Google Maps, he responded indifferently, saying, ‘Do whatever you want.’ His response made it clear that there is no strong management in place here. I advise others to avoid this store.

Dubai's gift shops have many cute but impractical items. There are plenty of colorful magic lamps, but their craftsmanship is rough, and the paint chips off in patches. I wonder if anyone actually uses them to hold liquids. 🙈 👉Hand-Painted Bowl for AED55 This item is not as cost-effective as what you can find in Turkey, where you could buy approximately 12 small bowls or 4 large ones for this price. Plus, Turkey offers a much wider variety of styles. 👉Pandora-Style Bracelet for AED29 This one is most likely made of alloy, the type that starts rusting after just a month. You can get similar ones for half the price elsewhere such as Taobao so there's no need to travel all the way to a duty-free store for it. There are other interesting items, but it's more for window shopping or still life photography practice. Overall, souvenirs are not great value for money, so I don't recommend buying them in term of usage.

Great selection and well organized but I found their prices higher than usual airports price. I was in Jeddah airport and bought stuff have price cheaper than here.
