I have been following up for over a week to process a simple top-up for my home insurance, yet the processing team has shown no urgency or efficiency. The delays are unjustifiable, and the lack of responsiveness reflects poorly on the company's service standards. I expected a much faster turnaround for such a basic request.

While I initially had an excellent experience with GIG Insurance and appreciated Ana’s professional and kind assistance at reception, unfortunately, my overall experience has since changed. Despite providing all required documents and receiving a final court verdict 26 days ago, I have been sent back and forth with no clear progress. I was told to contact the Private Clients department, but no action has been taken so far. It’s now been 66 days since the accident, and I am still waiting, under very stressful and urgent circumstances. The lack of support and responsiveness at this stage is extremely disappointing, especially considering how critical this matter is for my current situation. I truly hope GIG Insurance will take this seriously and act responsibly.
