Glitch is a great place to celebrate kids’ birthdays! 🎉 I recently attended my friend’s child’s birthday party here and it was full of fun and excitement. They had lots of games and activities for the children, including a really entertaining Squid Game challenge, along with dance sessions that kept everyone engaged. The staff were very supportive and made sure the kids had a safe and enjoyable time. Perfect spot for kids to have fun and parents to relax. Highly recommended for birthday celebrations!

THANK YOU Glitch Arabia, for making my son’s 7th birthday one to remember! From our grand entrance welcomed and greeted by a stunning balloon arch themed with his favorite game Roblox and his favorite dance track Soda Pop on the red carpet to 6 hours of nonstop fun, everything was truly unforgettable! We enjoyed full access to all activities and attractions. Laser Tag duels, VR world adventures, Arcade madness, Zip Line thrills, Slides, Cloud Climbing, Ropes Course challenges and Soft Play. The adults had a blast too, playing games, billiards and bowling. Every moment was a glitchin’ good time! The VIP package was absolutely worth it! Special thanks to Mr. Samuel from the Sales & Events team for offering such an amazing package. To Shubham and his crew for coordinating everything and making sure the event went smoothly and a big shout out to our awesome hosts, Chad&Andy, who kept the kids entertained and glued to activities. It was the best celebration we could imagine and we’re so thankful to the entire team for giving my son the happiest 7th birthday ever!

We just visited Glitch Arabia yesterday with my 10-year-old son and we had so much fun! The activities were entertaining and enjoyable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. I want to give a special thanks to Sushma for her outstanding care and attention to the children, that helped me as a parent. I highly recommend Glitch Arabia for a fun experience for both kids and adults!

Glitch Arabia is an absolute heaven for children! We recently celebrated my child’s 11th birthday here, and it was an unforgettable experience. My child and his friends had the time of their lives, enjoying the incredible setup, thrilling games, and a wide range of activities. From zip lines to monkey climbing and so many fun challenges, it felt like we had stepped into a real-life video game. The staff was exceptionally caring and attentive, making sure the kids were safe while having fun. The entire place is designed beautifully, creating an exciting and vibrant atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot for birthdays or just a fun day out with the family. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fantastic and energetic experience!

Very Disappointed – Unprofessional and Misleading Staff We paid 60 AED for 30 minutes of play based on the staff at the front desk confirming my son’s height was suitable for climbing. However, once inside, a male staff member denied him access, claiming he wasn't allowed. We didn’t argue at first, but after being told by the same staff that my son was "tired" (he wasn’t) and would only be allowed on the slide, we tried again for his remaining 10 minutes. The front desk again confirmed he could climb, so we paid another 60 AED—only to be blocked again by the same staff. It felt like he was making up rules as he went. Meanwhile, I saw him interacting warmly with a girl and her mother—possibly his family—which made it feel even more unfair. He was not attending to paying customers properly and seemed more focused on them. Even after his manager confirmed my son met the height requirements, they kept sugarcoating the issue and laughing among themselves—completely unprofessional. In the end, they refunded us, but only after ruining our time. We would never pay for something our son didn't want—he wanted to climb. But due to the confusion and attitude of one staff member, he ended up just on the slide. Totally unacceptable and a waste of time and money.
