I had a terrible experience buying this expensive watch. Late replied to my messages, and it was very hard to communicate. The watch came in the wrong box, and some items were missing. Still no solution until now. Not recommended at all. For a high-end product at this price point, the lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be cautious before making a purchase here.
Walked in to the shop and there was a sales staff named Mansour who tried to tell me that a gold Daydate that has clearly been polished was "brand new". He also said they can source watches if I send him a picture, I sent him a picture on the Whatsapp he provided and had not received a reply. 3 weeks and waiting.
This shop is my favorite shop in Dubai. I Buy a new watch from that whenever travel in Dubai.
Best staff ever friendly , best price in town and they have the best limited watched that u cant find
