On Friday, I got food poisoning after eating at this place. I reached out directly — not to cause drama, but simply to receive an apology. In return, I got a dry “thank you for your feedback.” No apology, no attempt to investigate, not even a hint of empathy. That’s exactly how you lose a loyal customer — someone who regularly ordered and recommended your place to others. After this kind of response, I won’t be coming back under any circumstances. And one more thing: why does your location still appear on Google Maps as “Bread of Meat” marked as “Permanently Closed,” while your website lists “Go Kitchen (Cloud Kitchen)” if your official restaurant has been closed for a while?
