Amenities - Best and Bestest stay, more than Hotel. Truly worth to in this apartment during your while visiting Dubai. Safety - Always you will feel Safe & Secure as the bestest and safe apartment to check in. Hygiene - Excellent, The support staff truly maintained this and the Hygiene was superb beyond expectations. Food - we hadn't tried that as nearby restaurant's were good options to get it delivered at Hotel Location. Staff - Courteous staff and Best in dealing professionally. Overall Great stay in Apartment with great amenities which are helpful to provide comfort to all traveller's who choose Golden Sands as their homestay during their tour. The experience was 👌 fabulous and great. Must visit place and good for kids as well as the hotel boasts swimming pool and children club house to play games during their stay. The Hotel is spacious and caters to everyone's needs. Good housekeeping staff and cleanliness is maintained. As per the hotel policy the drinking water bottle is provided during check in and for your rest days you have to manage water from outside. Also the toiletries won't include shaving kit or tooth brush and tooth paste. The mini kitchen is good option with induction gas and some frying pans to cook small meals. Tea cups and dining plates, Tea, Coffee Sachets, ICE Tray, Refrigerator are available in the room kitchen. Also for laundry purpose washing machine semi automatic is provided. Don't forget to bring your washing powder for using it. For Ironing clothes Iron and Iron stand is available. Clothes dry hanger is also there for drying clothes. Small amount of AED 300 as deposit is charged during check in which will be refunded back at time of check out. We had a wonderful stay here during my birthday weekend! My brother-in-law even arranged for a surprise cake, which was such a sweet gesture. When the delivery guy arrived, we asked him to drop it off at the reception because we were told that outside food isn't allowed, strictly per the hotel’s rules. Since it was a special occasion, we kindly requested an exception for the cake, and the receptionist graciously made it happen. However, later on, while I was waiting for the lift, I noticed someone with a food parcel and was surprised when they told me they had been ordering outside food during their entire stay without any issues. This made me a bit frustrated because, due to the initial restrictions, we had gone out for dinner, and I even took my baby along. It felt a bit unfair since the rules didn’t seem consistent for everyone. Despite that hiccup, I really want to emphasize that we had a fantastic time overall in Dubai! I'm sharing this all to highlight the importance of clear communication and consistency. On the bright side, our room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony, making it a great spot for our family. The place has a convenient parking lot too, although I did notice the entrance isn’t very wheelchair-friendly. All in all, it was definitely worth it, and I just hope they can ensure equal treatment for everyone in the future!

We stayed in that hotel for 8 fascinating days. Breakfast are amazing, the staff is helpful and polite. All the little inconveniences were fixed at once. We haven't got any complains about the service. The staff speak English and are ready to help you or to entertain you with a small talk). There are three metro stations in the neighbourhood and you can get wherever you want safely. There are two swimming pools and we spent great time there as well)

Im disappointed ! The tV cannot watch properly ! Also they asked for deposit 300 but nobody informed! I specifically requested a smoking room when I booked, but when I arrived, they said none were available. No one informed me in advance, and the staff didn’t offer any solution or apology. This was very frustrating, especially after a long trip. On top of that, the service was poor and the room I got felt old and not well-maintained. Definitely not worth the price. I expected better from this hotel. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

This place is an absolute delight and highly recommended for everyone. The price offered to us was just great. Rooms were awesome. Amenities excellent. Location superb and the room service sets very high standard. My must stay in all my upcoming Dubai trips.
