I recently visited this store and was initially impressed by the range of products. However, my experience quickly took a negative turn due to the actions of the person assisting me, who claimed to be the store manager. He tried to add an extra product to my purchase, insisting that it was "free." Suspiciously, the total amount with this "free" product ended up being higher than expected. When I questioned the total, he offered to send the receipt via message, but I insisted on having it printed. After leaving the store, I reviewed the receipt and realized I had been overcharged. I returned to confront him, and he attempted to explain that the product was included in the total but with a discount, claiming I wasn't charged extra. However, after calculating the total of the three products I bought, I noticed a clear discrepancy in the price. What made matters worse was discovering that this "free" product was conveniently placed behind the desk, ready to be used in the same misleading way for the next customer. He apologized and asked me not to report this to consumer rights, claiming it wasn’t intentional, but the pattern was clear. Be cautious when shopping here and double-check your receipt before leaving. It seems like a recurring tactic.
