staff attitude is very bad at karama branch. They never answered my phone calls whenever i tried to reach them on phone to confirm shop timings. I request management to please hire polite and professional staff. Prompt communication is very important.

She assisted us with the uniforms and was able to handle multiple things at once without any hassle. One of the worst customer experience (with Mia). When we buy from school they suggest exchange from store, when we go to store they are out of stock and then they claim you've time limit to do exchange. All the drama to send email generate token and all the round circle from School to Ibn Batuta to Karama!

I wasn’t sure which books were required for class 8 Our Own English High School Dubai, but the staff patiently helped me out. Very knowledgeable and kind. Got everything in one go! Although there was a lot of rush but they attend us very politely.
