I had the worst experience at Graff in Dubai Mall. I was speaking to Fadi to inquire about the price of an item, and he completely ignored me and never responded. It was incredibly disappointing, especially from a brand like Graff where you expect top-level service. Unfortunately, this was the worst service I have ever experienced. I will definitely not be returning

I had a disappointing experience at Graff Store. The Arabic lady working there spoke very rudely and asked us to leave because she claimed she needed time to handle something. Her unprofessional behavior significantly affected our visit. Customer service is crucial, and unfortunately, this was lacking during our time there. At least she can say do you need to drink something while ur waiting there is a way to talk we are not there to beg her and she is not allowed to ask me to leave -

Havent bought anything yet but cant confirm the other reviews that claim bad service. We were welcomed friendly and the staff took time to explain and show us a lot.

Beautiful pieces.. but very poor service… If there’s 0 stars I will give it to the gentleman who assisted us! Definitely the worst service I’ve got in my life.
