Grand Ambassador Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Ambassador Hotel. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The entire staff was excellent—helpful, polite, and always ready to assist. A special mention goes to receptionist Sabita Pangeni, who was warm, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. One of the highlights of my stay was experiencing the Nizam's culinary dynasty at the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious—rich in flavor and tradition. I tried several dishes and every bite was memorable. I will not forget the amazing taste of that Nizami cuisine! Highly recommended for anyone looking for great hospitality and unforgettable food. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing thanks to the outstanding staff – if there were 10 stars, they would deserve them all! Every request we had was fulfilled promptly and with a smile. The managers were excellent and always ready to assist. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were top-notch. The restaurant inside the hotel, Nizam’s, also had fantastic staff – starting from the lovely lady who greeted us at the door every evening to the attentive waiters who made every meal enjoyable. I also want to mention the wonderful lady responsible for cleaning the hotel hall – she always greeted us with a warm smile and was truly delightful. However, I would like to highlight two important points that I believe could significantly improve the experience: 1. The food – The menu was exclusively Indian cuisine and very spicy. For international guests, it’s essential to include Mediterranean or intercontinental options. It was genuinely difficult to find something suitable to eat, especially for the kids. 2. The noise from music – The nights were very noisy due to loud music that continued into the early morning hours. It felt like the music was playing inside our room, which made it very hard to sleep. If these two issues were addressed, the Grand Ambassador Hotel would be a truly perfect place to stay!

Our stay at the Grand Ambassador Hotel was truly excellent. The service was top-notch, and the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property were very impressive. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well-managed. We honestly couldn’t find anything negative to point out. A special mention goes to Ms. Tanu at the reception. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, she handled everything with complete professionalism and care. Her dedication and efficiency were truly up to the mark. We kindly request the management to recognize her efforts with a formal appreciation—she truly deserves it. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Although it is not a 5 star hotel but giving 5 star as the hotel is really good at this price point. Rooms are good and location is awesome near water front. Service can be better as delivery from kitchen takes a lot of time. Rest the staff is really supportive. There are eateries nearby, parking in Hotel, Metro and Bus Stand really near, Grocery Store Nearby, so all really good. Worth considering.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Ambassador Hotel in Bur Dubai, and I must say, my experience was exceptional, thanks in large part to Mr. Suraj Jha, the Front Office Manager, and the excellent service provided by the receptionist, Tanu. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Jha greeted me with warmth and professionalism. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring that all guests felt welcome was truly impressive. He made the check-in process seamless and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. It's rare to encounter such genuine hospitality, and Mr. Suraj Jha certainly set a high standard. Tanu, the receptionist, was equally outstanding. She was incredibly polite, attentive, and made me feel right at home. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any requests made my experience even more enjoyable. Overall, my stay at the Grand Ambassador Hotel was fantastic, and I’m grateful to both Mr. Suraj Jha and Tanu for their exceptional service. They are true assets to the hotel, and I will certainly be returning for another stay in the future. Highly recommended
