The staff at the hotel are wonderfully friendly and approachable! I had a lovely four-day stay, but I did notice a couple of areas that could use a little TLC. The bathroom felt a bit dated and could use a thorough cleaning. I also learned from the housekeeping team that rooms are cleaned every three days, which led to some overflow with my trash. The housekeeping staff were really nice, though, even if there was a slight odor coming from the staff. Overall, I’d give my experience a 2.5 out of 5. I hope these little improvements are made, because the staff truly make the place feel welcoming!

To the Bellman, who handled my luggage with care and ensured I was well assisted with directions and information about the hotel facilities. I would also like to thank the Front Office Manager, whose presence and leadership were clearly reflected in how organized and responsive the entire team was. And of course, appreciation goes to the Captain, who ensured that everything ran smoothly and guests were accommodated with the utmost respect and courtesy. I am very happy to introduce to my friends and relatives because the hotel is priceworthy including the room services and cleaning. The restaurants are little expensive,but taste wise good. The front staff especially Mr. Philips (night shift) is very supportive and reasonable for any guest request as I have experienced.
