Grand Hyatt Dubai

Amazing hotel.Had a 10 night stay with husband 17 year old. We had a downtown view room, very clean and spacious room. Housekeeping was spot on, very polite staff, came daily to change towels etc. Food in the buffet cafe was top notch, a very good variety to choose from, always hot and fresh, again from the breakfast staff to the evening dinner staff, excellent service, we had a half board plus plan which gave us 2 hours of drinks with our meal from 6pm to 8pm. The staff made it a very welcoming experience, very attentive. Amenities in the hotel are very good. We had use of the gym,and saunas and indoor pool. again we cannot fault the staff in any way, very pleasant and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future. There is so much more I could write about this hotel and the staff. The staff made our stay a very pleasant experience.

I truly expected a much higher standard from a property that advertises itself as a 5-star hotel. For such a large and supposedly luxurious place, having only one Tesla charger is unacceptable. It’s constantly occupied, which meant I had to waste time waiting or look for charging elsewhere — not something guests should have to deal with at a premium hotel. On top of that, the customer service was far from what I’d expect at this level. One of the employees I spoke to clearly did not know how to handle her job professionally. While I was on an important call with her, she actually hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. No apology, no explanation — just ended the call. That kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to guests who are paying for a premium experience. For the price and the 5-star rating, I expected attentive, well-trained staff and facilities that match the size and reputation of the hotel. Unfortunately, both the amenities and the service fell far short of that.

What can I say about this hotel?! It was simply amazing. Very luxurious, kid friendly, kind and helpful staff in all terms. Delicious food, all areas were clean at all times, spa and pools huge and had everything. The indoor garden with the lakes was really relaxing to watch and walk by. Excellent location near the airport and Dubai Mall and many other attractions. Most family friendly hotel I have ever been to. I will for sure return at some point!

The attention to cleanliness and detail made the stay feel incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights of the property was undoubtedly the pool area. It was massive, beautifully maintained, and perfect for relaxing or taking a refreshing dip. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this space alone makes the Grand Hyatt worth considering. Overall, a fantastic stay with top-notch service, great facilities, and a truly luxurious atmosphere. Highly recommended

7 night holiday would highly recommend. Staff were attentive and anything we needed we had. Soft play 2 min walk or take a free buggy. Waterpark is not finished but indoor and outdoor pools were great. Spa facilities great.
