Excellent Service Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience with their team. From interior to exterior polishing, the results were outstanding! You can truly see they love what they do. Every staff member, from the team on the ground to the supervisor, was polite, professional, and extremely dedicated. Excellent service all around I highly recommend them!

On my first visit, they broke my fully electric rear seats while trying to access the third row (most likely because they tried to move them manually with force). As a result, I had to wait an extra ~ half an hour for their in-house electrician to fix the issue. Even though the damage was clearly their fault, they didn’t offer any kind of compensation, not even a free wash. My second visit was fine. Nothing special, but nothing to complain about either.

Hello, I am very happy about that happend to me at the Grand Service station, Al-Warqa branch. I was travelling and in a hurry, so I found an Arab young man named Ahmed who served me quickly, honestly and conscientiously. He went with me to the VIP lounge and was a guardian to wash the car in 30 minutes. He stood with the workers himself. He was very confused and always smiling and met me with all warm and welcome. I recommend all my friends to go to the Grand Service station, Al Warqa branch, to meet him and serve them. Good luck always.
