Horrible experience in dealing with them. Their quality of work was pathetic. Had worked on my villa and problem started appearing in few days. Had to redo all the work again. Mr. Saif is not an honest man.
Terrible customer service. Attempted to force me to pay cash when the website allowed card on delivery. They then blatantly attempted to pass another Brand off as the same as the one I ordered. After a brief argument, it was simpler to cancel the order.
Was a waste of time for me dealing with Green Expert. I tried to order through their website. Firstly on the website it stated that shipping is free for orders 50dhs and above. My order was 64dhs but on checkout i was still getting charged 9dhs for shipping. Turns out the website is not updated and its actually 100dhs+ getting you the free shipping. So i added things to my basket to make it to 100dhs+, entered my card details, placed the order to then get contacted 5min later telling me that card payment on the website isnt working and it has to be COD. Put me off. Luckily Warsan is big with plenty of options.
Super satisfied with the plants! Both looked to be in good condition and are bigger than what I expected to receive. Highly recommend!! 🌱🌱
