I Visited the New Building Which is getting Handed Over, Autograph, it is the best building in JVC. They have always come out on top with the quality. I have sold the unit there and my client loved it. The Associate Director there Sallahuddin Ahsen have been very helpful throughout the process and supported in every step. The Property is very exclusive, you can only come to know once you have a look at it.

Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Unreliable I had a very bad experience with Green Properties. It all started with a 3-year rental guarantee, which seemed promising at first. However, once that period ended, they failed to uphold their responsibilities. The handover of the unit was done poorly and without care. The property was left in terrible condition, and despite my repeated efforts, they delayed returning my security deposit—money I needed to repair the damage caused during the lease period. Worse, they have been completely unresponsive to emails and show no intention of solving any issues. I went to their office three weeks in a row just to get some answers. I met with Mr. Jomer and Mrs. Alina, both of whom promised to resolve the matter, but nothing has been done to this day. Their lack of professionalism and total disregard for clients is shocking. If I could give them zero stars—or even a negative rating—I absolutely would. I strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with this company.
