The agent handling our property is not helpful and not professional! Made false promises. very slow in processing anything. We’ve been 2 weeks in our appartment and a lot of things are not done yet!!! We’ve been here in Dubai for 6 years and this’s the first time we’re dealing with such agency!!!
They were very professional. Our agent Farhan was very helpful and followed up on our behalf for maintenance.
