It is really a great Shopping house in which you may purchase almost all the necessary items for you and their prices are also very reasonable 😉. I loved it and I have purchased many things for my family and relatives. All the toys and things are good except Sipper which is leaking water. But other things are very good.

Bad Customer Service at the baggage counter. @10:30 pm we travelled 1 hour and half because we want to buy some stuff in a cheapest price we wanted to keep our bag at the baggage counter coz it's so hard to carry since bit heavy now the in charge ask us to keep the pack bag only and carry the medium sling bag coz it's not allowed to keep. Then we wanted to keep the sling bag inside my big pack bag since it's allowed to keep my bag but the in-charge asked us not to keep all at all. Because of the attitude and arrogance of the in-charge we choose to shop in Gift Land with no hesitation the just keep our bags without question. I know that 300aed for that day that we spent is nothing for your company but hopefully this message will catch the attention of the management and enhance the good customer service. I don't understand why they are doing it now because in this month we came 4 times already and we did the same thing only today they refused.

Cheap and best for daily essentials and household products, the products here are inexpensive with decent quality. The quality of products is way better than that of the other supermarket. Avoid weekends and holidays; it gets very crowded. The staff is very helpful; ask them about a product, and they will suggest the best and most inexpensive ones.

The place is not too difficult to find but parking can be a challenge during peak hours and weekends. It's a bit crowded inside on normal days and quite difficult to shop around on busy hours and days off. The best part though is you get good prices on goods when you are buying in bulk.
