I am very satisfied with the plant I ordered online. It is in perfect condition. Clean, pest free and above all carefully delivered. The person who helped me through chat was approachable and answered questions. The delivery driver was polite and informed me about the delivery time, He also sent a picture of what I bought before leaving Dubai. Even my cats approved their plants. I ordered a 2 meter mango tree and bags of soil and delivery was fast and friendly. It's been over a month and the mango is happy and thriving in its new home. I would order from Green Souq again for more garden plants.

I recently purchased plants from Green Suoq and had a great experience overall. A special thanks to Mr. Fakhar, who was incredibly accommodating. I sent him pictures of the cabinet where I planned to place the plants, and he recommended the best options. His knowledge and willingness to assist with any queries made the process smooth and enjoyable. Even he was on vacation. He is truly an asset to the company! Ali, who handled the delivery, also did a great job. I appreciate that he took photos of the plants before delivering them, ensuring their quality. His attention to detail gave me extra confidence in my purchase. However, the delivery manager's (Mr. H) customer service could use some improvement. When asking for plant or fertilizer recommendations, he simply directed me to check the website and read instead of providing helpful advice. There was no effort to upsell or engage with customers, which could enhance the overall shopping experience. Overall, a solid 4-star experience (It could be a 5-star). Great selection and service from Mr. Fakhar and Ali, but better customer engagement from the delivery manager would make it even better! 🌿✨

Ordering on the website is easy, with convenient payment options (online or on delivery). Delivery updates aren’t automated, but you can get quick responses from their order delivery team via WhatsApp (you can find the contact number on their website). My order was delivered within 3 days in Dubai. Very practical for heavy items like soil and plants. Excellent delivery service by Ali!

Great variety of plants, super-easy and efficient online ordering process, speedy delivery, very friendly delivery staff and excellent plant quality. I'll definitely order there again if I need more plants. My experience with a different vendor was completely the opposite to Green Souq. Thank you.
