Decently clean and well managed office tower with both small and medium sized businesses. The only major issue is the width of the ramps and corners on the way to the 4 parking levels in the building.
With Creek view, building filled with offices. Parking seems to be big issue. If daily commute is car. Check with security for monthly parking options. Nice Creek views. Near Moscow hotel landmark, helps taxi to locate this place faster

The environment is good. The people around there are so friendly. In fact, I'm happy to be surrounded by good people
Parking is a problem anf they don't have a card reader machine. All pure cash payments. Also, the staff needs to improve more on professionalism especially in terms of hospitality and courtesy.
