I would recommend to avoid this company. They mislead customers, having false advertising. Conditions of SPA will vary a lot from conditions of booking form, but you will realize it after some months from date of signing booking form. One more time- read very careful their SPA. You can't resell you property unless you pay 100%of price, not 40% like for other developers.

Buy a property with a good developer is very good, watching the building progress and view mockup room is great, all this might be during 1 to 3 years till hand over is done, but this is not the end, it it the beginning of either good time to enjoy the nice apartment and we'll developed building or starting the endless suffering stage. Green yard is one of the grate developer but not after sales service, the are appointing I can say one of unprofessional ever seen management company ( proposed by them) and after hand over they don't bother responding to you and stating that they have not do as this company appointed by Dubai Land. And that it, you keep roam around between calling the police, File a complaint to Dubai Land, or go legal. Green yard has nothing to do for you and not even helping I regret buy nice apartment from them but since that day suffering with appointed management and maintenance company who has nothing to do with management and they never heard about professionalism. I would like to start by saying that Mohamed helped me buy a unit in their Joy Blanca property very quick and efficient. Very Profesional and attentive to details. The unit was ready on time exactly how much they promised, so very honest. The minute they gave me the keys they rented it almost same day. Very happy with their performance.

I would even score this company 0, if it existed. I unfortunately dealt with Moustafa Bakry and Ahmed from GreenYard. They are so disrespectful, especially to women clients like me. I am buying an apartment in Joya Blanca Residences, and they keep asking money from me without giving an explanation. When I asked for explanation, Ahmed hang up the phone to my face saying "who are you?", and Moustafa only spoke and did not let me talk to ask questions; however, I am their client who is buying an apartment and spend my hardly earned money. Of course, I will ask what I am paying for!!!! Also, if you don’t speak Arabic, it is so hard to communicate with these people. No explanation, nothing!!!! I never recommend this company to anyone.
