I regularly buy the Traditional Chicken Caesar Salad from Franprix at Business Park, Dubai Hills. This salad has always been my favorite, and I usually buy two portions of it. However, recently, the marinated chicken that you have started adding overwhelms the overall taste of the salad. We prefer the Caesar salad with plain, and properly cooked chicken, just like the way it used to be. The new flavor of marinated chicken is not as appealing to us.

20 plus Years.......that itself gives the Answer......this is what I call "attachment or love" for this Establishment.......this 20 plus Years is "Self Explanatory" Excellent Management❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Worse customer service and sales support. Mostly items out of stock for weeks. No wonder why they have negative reviews.

As a mealplan kitchen I used to purchase some items from here but prices went very high still Some times Im buying stuff if on sale The funny part that the person sending me the promotion doesn’t reply to my repeated messages !!!!!!!! The company paying salary for her to support their business but she doesn’t even care 🥴

As a Procurement professional, I'd worst customer service from them. They don't care about their customers; if you try to call them for any urgencies, they won't answer you and if they did, all they want to say " we were busy " as cheap excuse. Who is not busy in this world my friends...?
