[UPDATE]: As I'm unable to reply directly to Greenly's response, I'm adding this to state that any claims made by them are incorrect. The Greenly team absolutely ruined all my plants, and I possess a report from another company that definitively proves their negligence. My husband and I have been trying to contact them regarding this with absolutely NO RESPONSE. Absolutely disastrous experience with Greenly. Despite repeated requests to "check" our plants, their team consistently did nothing more than water them. Our concerns about actual plant health were ignored several times. The final insult was their faulty irrigation system. They installed it, we trusted them, and returned from a trip to find all our plants dead. Total devastation due to their incompetence. On top of everything, their customer service is appalling – just generic, robotic responses that offer no real help or empathy. This company lacks professionalism, expertise, and basic customer care. Save yourself the heartache and find another service.

Found them on Google, right from the beginning my experience was very good. Mr. Joseph was very prompt and helpful with his responses on what’s app. When I had difficulty booking a service using the app he manually booked the appointment and sent a payment link to make the payment. I was told the gardener would visit me at the scheduled time. The gardener Mr. Niyaz came on time. He was very efficient and I was happy with his work. He answered all my queries patiently and politely. He also gave me guidance on how to care for the plants until the next service. All round a wonderful experience and I am happy to recommend Greenly for plant care needs.

Ordered a repot to try to rescue some sick plants. The guy arrived on time and did a great job. Also gave good advice on taking care of the plants etc. Left with no mess. Highly recommended 👌🏻

We booked tree cutting service, it was super easy to do it through the app, the team arrived on time and communication was very easy they understood what we need.
