Facility: Amazing place. Facility is wow!! Probably the best in Dubai. Staff: Excellent service from staff. Coach Tejas is one of a kind. He is very detailed when it comes to coaching kids. He helped my son a lot on his tennis. I will recommend this academy to my friends.
Grip Sport offers a solid padel experience with kind and helpful staff. However, the lighting on court 2 could use improvement for better visibility during evening games. Overall, it's a good place to enjoy padel, and the team there makes sure you feel welcome.

Don't book a court here. I booked a court last night for 4 colleagues and received a booking confirmation. Then when we arrived they said the booking was cancelled. The dispute is due to me asking them to register the game on playtomic which they cant due as they dont use playtomic. When I asked this they automatically assumed I was going to use playtomic for bookings despite me specifically writing I just wanted to register the game on playtomic. My colleagues were very upset and left a bad taste in everyones mouth when we are essentially being told how we were at fault. I have a booking confirmation but this seems to count for nothing at Grip. Terrible customer service especially when one is blamed for their misunderstanding/mistake. Zero accountability unfortunately.
