Grosvenor House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Dubai

We recently stayed at this hotel—my wife is a wheelchair user—and we felt welcome everywhere, at all times. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel completely at home—whether at the reception, in the restaurant (Sloane’s is absolutely amazing!), outside with the doormen, or with the housekeeping team. The entire experience was just perfect. What stood out the most was how genuinely warm and attentive everyone was. The happiness and positivity we brought with us were returned to us twice as much by the staff. We truly felt like valued guests and will remember this stay for a long time. A special highlight was the complimentary access to the beach at the sister hotel Le Meridien. The shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes, and the beach is perfectly accessible for wheelchair users. You can easily reach the sandy area, and getting into the water is made possible with a beach wheelchair. We are already looking forward to our next visit—we are sure this was not our last time here! Highly recommended for anyone looking for an accessible and heartwarming hotel experience! Thank you!

Amazingly specious suites and apartments. Business lounge such a convenient place for business or just to sit and read while enjoying some complementary tea or coffee and much more. Staff is great, I mean all of them. From concierge, bell desk, guest services, reception, servers, chefs... Just worth every cent😍

Our 19-day stay at Grosvenor House was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding team who went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. First, a huge thank you to Georgia, who took my concerns seriously and resolved them immediately. She even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade and a bottle of wine in the room, which truly put a smile on my face. Second, Vale from Guest Concierge was simply incredible. Every evening, he organized beautiful dinner experiences for us at amazing restaurants. He was not only highly professional and organized but also a genuinely warm and kind person who made us feel truly welcome. Lastly, the breakfast team deserves special praise. Adam, the Manager, was always present and ensured everything ran smoothly, while Param, the most attentive and dedicated team member, went above and beyond every single morning. He fulfilled every request, even those outside the buffet selection, with a smile and outstanding service. Grosvenor House is a top-class hotel with truly extravagant service. We will definitely return!
