The customer service in watsapp is so poor that I kept on chatting the contact number without a guidance. Eventually they sent me a contact number and never replied again to my chat. The contact number was talking to me carelessly without helpful information. I switched to another supplier as a result, who knows better how to serve customers. Bad experience ..
Unprofessional seller , after discussing on WhatsApp and calling he confirmed that the item I'm looking for is available, however when I went to their shop to Buy he told me that it's not available , this is just after one day from the conversation, waisted my time driving from far away instead of being clear with their customer , I wouldn't recommend this seller at all for being Unprofessional and not honest.
Worst trading company I've ever seen. Very rude behavior from the sales staffs and quality of the items are too bad
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! from phone to whatsapp, got to message them 1st to ask what I need and they just viewed my message and so I called, the guy on the phone sounded like he dont want to assist. And even told me to check with other shop instead.
Very proactive staff and management. Thanx guys for the quick deliveries you have made last week to me. Should agree that good pricing too.
