After a long period they attend the call , I dialed Karama branch , they informed its office only , no medicine or treatment . Karama branch is not Vetenary clinic , may b they have other branches .
I wasn't aware that this was not a treatment center and asked unknowingly , the guy who picked up the phone was extremely rude . I don't think this is the kind of attitude someone should carry professionally , this person just got frustrated with me the minute I asked the question . Very poor customer service would recommend if you have the option then visit someone else .
