Simply Horrendous Experience at Gulf Water Sports Shop! I regret ever stepping foot into Gulf Water Sports shop. My husband and I purchased two SUP boards, expecting quality products and decent service. However, what we received was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon delivery, the packaging was not only damaged but also covered in bird droppings. It was utterly disgusting and showed a complete lack of care on the part of the company. The SUP boards themselves were of abysmal quality, with numerous damages that rendered them not only unusable but also dangerously unsafe. It's appalling that Gulf Water Sports would even dare to sell such hazardous equipment. To make matters worse, when we tried to return the damaged products, the company outright refused to take responsibility. They disappeared into thin air after pocketing our hard-earned money, leaving us stranded with worthless merchandise and no recourse for a refund. It's despicable how they abandoned all communication once they had our payment in hand. I am utterly appalled by the lack of accountability and decency of this shop. How can such a disgraceful establishment be allowed to operate in Dubai? Where are the UAE authorities in ensuring the integrity of businesses like this? My advice - avoid the Gulf Water Sports at all costs unless you enjoy throwing your money away on substandard products and nonexistent customer service.

Think twice or even three times befor you'll purchase something from this store. This company stoped comunicated immediately after they recieved the money. They refused to collect damaged product and refund me. The quality of the product is the worst I've ever seen in my life. Look to the photos I add and that's how the new product looks. I believe the response from this company will be that I'm not in their database. But I've got a receipt from this company and can proof the purchase.

One of the best adventures outdoors activities I can recommend for anyone! Epic fun to go with your family, friends and love once! Well maintained kayaks, life jackets and friendly guild came all the way and took our pictures! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went yesterday, Regy is our guide and he is very nice, I enjoyed it a lot! Just a note for everyone is going that if you want to see the downtown sunset view, it will take another 40-60 mins to go back to the starting point. So mind the estimated sunset time and plan your schedule accordingly.
