I strongly advise caution before entering any business relationship with Federico Cellini. Our company delivered digital marketing services for Gulfmec Industries (Thema Manipulators), including content creation for their products, commissioned by Mr. Cellini. Despite completing all work according to the agreed scope and timelines, we have not received payment for over two months. Mr. Cellini has consistently ignored emails, calls, and messages. There has been zero communication, and no effort to resolve the matter. We are now forced to initiate a formal debt collection process through a legal representative. Proceed at your own risk. This has been a deeply unprofessional and damaging experience.

Think twice before entering into any business relationship with Federico Cellini. Our company, Brief Busters, was commissioned by Mr. Cellini to deliver digital marketing services for Gulfmec Industries (operating under the Thema Manipulators brand). The scope of work included strategic content creation to support product visibility and promotion — all of which was completed fully, professionally, and on time, in accordance with the agreed terms. Unfortunately, despite the successful delivery of services, we have not been paid for over two months. Mr. Cellini has consistently ignored all communication, including emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages. There has been zero effort on his part to resolve this matter or even to acknowledge the outstanding payments. Due to this unacceptable and irresponsible behavior, we have no choice but to initiate formal debt recovery proceedings through a legal representative in the UAE. This experience has been extremely disappointing and damaging. We strongly advise others to exercise caution before engaging with Mr. Cellini in any professional or commercial context.

From my own experience, I can unfortunately confirm that working with Federico Cellini was difficult and ended with non-payment for two months of completed services. Despite numerous attempts to get in touch from our side, we received no response or explanation. This is an unprofessional and deeply disappointing approach to business relations. I do not recommend working with him.
