Amazing experience! The staff here are incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially Ms. Jill. She took the time to listen to me thoroughly, answered all my questions with patience, and made me feel very comfortable. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out and made my visit so much better. The gym itself is well-designed and motivating. I love the yellow and black color scheme! It adds such a strong, energetic vibe that really pushes you to stay focused and productive during your workout. The atmosphere is clean, organized, and positive. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a great space for members. Highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for a supportive environment with amazing staff and a motivating setup!

What a gym! The staff, the equipment. The place. So accommodating with anything we have requested. Extremely approachable staff at reception and on the gym floor. All the equipment is always in full working order and theirs always maintenance here freshening the up the place aswell as servicing equipment. Would highly recommend to anyone. Especially if you’re new to Dubai and want an enjoyable comfortable gym session. Gym nation is your place.

I’ve been a member of Gym Nation Motor City for several months, and unfortunately, I am completely disappointed. I have tried for months to communicate, request fixes, and send multiple complaint emails, but nothing has been resolved. This review is my last attempt to get their attention. 1. Broken Equipment – More than 80% of the bicycles in the RPM class are broken. Every class, we waste time switching bikes, which ruins the workout experience. Even their own coaches are frustrated and complain about the issue, yet nothing is being done to fix them. 2. Misleading “Free Session” from Enhance Team – Gym Nation claims they offer a free session where they will tour the gym with you, teach you how to use the machines, and give you a basic workout plan. However, in reality, they only analyze you, say they “know what’s good for you,” and then refuse to provide any details unless you pay for a package. This is not a free session—it’s just a sales tactic for a third-party business. I even sent multiple emails with screenshots of Gym Nation’s own promises, but I received no useful response. They continue misleading members with this false offer every day. 3. Terrible Parking Situation – Finding a free parking spot is like winning the lottery. I have to wait 10 to 30 minutes every time. The paid parking isn’t RTA; it’s UP parking, which charges extremely high rates. After months of complaints and no action, it’s clear that Gym Nation Motor City does not care about its members’ concerns. Poor service, unresponsive management, and misleading advertising—definitely not recommended. ————————————- *Update 1st June 2025* RPM Equipment: Same poor conditions, maybe even worse. Parking Update: Good news — they’ve secured a contract with UP Parking on the other side of the street (about a 5-minute walk). Had a good experience at the gym .. William at the desk was quite helpful .. his push for me to do an extra 80 cals to even 800 helped aswell Definitely recommend ! Gym was clean and wasn’t that crowded but I went at 2:30pm

I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your facility. After seeing an advertisement for the gym, I decided to take advantage of a free day pass and subsequently enrolled for it. I received a call from the gym's call center, where I was prompted to choose a date to utilize my free pass. I indicated that I would like to visit the gym today. Upon my arrival at the club, The receptionist appeared to be preoccupied with her mobile phone. When I inquired about my free day pass, I was informed that I would need to make a payment, I contacted the same number from which I had received the initial call, only to be informed again that payment was required. While I am open to making payments, I find it unacceptable to be provided with incorrect information. Despite my desire to join the club, I felt that the staff did not take the initiative to show me around the facility, and the reception staff member was particularly unwelcoming. On a positive note, I must commend the gym for its excellent equipment. However, I noted that the changing room was in an unsatisfactory state of cleanliness.
