Did a full body laser session! Super comfortable, two sweet girls do the session to make sure all areas were covered. The hygiene of the place is on point. Great service, reasonable prices. Definitely gained a customer!

Richie is a very professional laser technician, quick and efficient laser hair removal session. Great customer service. Prices are very reasonable, great value for money. I am super satisfied with the service. Overall would highly recommend!

Not coming to this clinic ever again ! The new lady is so unprofessional, I requested to have only 1 lady doing the laser she kept arguing with me that this is the rules although I used to do it before with 1 lady and everything was fine. She didn’t ask me if I am putting on deodorant before starting the procedure, she didn’t shave the places that their was little hair, she wanted to ask for the other lady to do it and the room is so small can’t fit 3 people. She also burnt the procedure seat while doing laser. So unprofessional service, there’s no receptionist too, just the 2 ladies that do laser. I don’t recommend this place at all. They also take money before starting doing the procedure. They don’t even deserve 1 star 👎👎

I’ve read bad reviews and was a bit worried, however I decided to try as some bad reviews sounded suspicious to me. Different ppl described their experience in exact the same words, which is impossible. However today 05.02.22 I came for carbon laser treatment and LED mask treatment. First of all clinic is small but very clean . Receptionist (sorry didn’t ask the name) greeted me with the smile and called my name, which gave me really good welcoming impression. I filled some forms paid exact amount as per advertisement and she called specialist. Rochelle the specialist who made my treatment was super gentle and professional. She explained the procedure and all risks and benefits. During the treatment she was notifying me of each step. What next she will be doing how will I feel during that time and how will I feel after . She was always checking if I feel ok. As a person with service providing background, I know this is the right way to approach and make the client feel comfortable and safe. Im very picky client and rarely satisfied with level of providing service, but here I would like to say thank you and will definitely come back again.
