Hadi Express Exchange - Karama Branch

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding a recent experience at your branch. I urgently needed to send money to my home country and was assured by your cashier that the amount would be credited within 2 hours. However, it has now been over 14 hours, and the money has still not been credited. This delay is completely unacceptable and has caused serious inconvenience. To make matters worse, your staff showed a lack of professionalism and failed to provide clear or helpful information. Their behavior was uncooperative and dismissive when I sought updates. This has been one of the worst experiences, and I feel completely let down by your service. Due to this, I will not be visiting your branch again and will be advising others to avoid it as well. Please treat this as urgent and ensure the money is credited immediately. I also request a written explanation for this delay.
