If you are serious about your renovation project, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. My experience with Haifa was not just disappointing — it was an absolute disaster. The project suffered from more than four months of unjustified delays, endless execution errors, and a shocking lack of basic professionalism or workmanship. What’s worse, the materials used were of extremely poor quality, sourced from DragonMart, and absolutely not aligned with what was quoted or promised in the original proposal. Be very careful with the prices they give you — they might look reasonable at first, but what you’ll end up getting is far inferior and certainly not worth the cost. Due to the seriousness of the situation, I was forced to file an official complaint with Dubai Economy and Tourism. That should give you an idea of how far this went beyond a simple case of bad service. This is not a professional contractor. It’s a chaotic, unreliable operation that left my family in long-term discomfort and completely failed to meet even the most basic expectations. To this day, I’m still dealing with leaks and recurring maintenance issues caused by their substandard work. Avoid this company at all costs. Read the contract thoroughly, question everything, and don’t ignore the negative reviews
