Never go there. I had a very bad experience today (28 April 2025). I wanted just to have a hair color as my natural hair (my roots were natural light brown). I told the guy I want to avoid red lights and have a cold color as my natural color. He listened like 2 minutes and mixed the color and the other person put it on my hair. He never looked at my hair, and just let the other (assistant I think) to color my hair. One hour later my roots were like red (he put lightener I suppose) and the rest of the hair was brown. I told him it's not what I wanted. He told me I don't see it good there is no red at all, it's my natural hair that is like that. He told the assistant to put me something to correct it, I asked what is that, he was unable to explain. He answered ''it's like a shampoo but it will be darkener''. 20 min later, same result, brown hair and red roots. All the process the ''expert'' wasn't even in the saloon, he was always somewhere outside and continued to say that there is no red at all, I have a problem to see that. At the end I had to pay for this horror and he wasn't even able to have a professional manner to speak with the client. Disappointed, never go there, they don't know how to color your hair. I have now to search for somebody to correct me that...

Amjad is a hair guru - period. I can't express how grateful I am to have found this place! Before my first visit, I had severely damaged, unevenly bleached hair (refer to the first pic), but with the help of Amjad and his amazing team, my hair looks 1000% BETTER. I’ve been going to this place for around a year now and sometimes would want to experiment with the toner. Amjad would always listen to me whether I wanted to give more of a natural look or ashy blonde this time. In the pics you can see some results with different length and toner. Every time I was obsessed with the look. Unfortunately now I am moving out of UAE and I am already heartbroken about the fact that I will not be able to do my hair at Hair Avenue. Thank you for everything, team 🙏❤️

ABSOLUTELY recommend! Amazing customer service, I was taken care of Mahmoud he recommended me exactly what was needed to revive my hair giving me An amazing final product. Prices are also very affordable, These people will care about you’re hair as if it’s they’re own 😌 Please do check them out if you’re near the business Bay Area , I would also say is worthy to travel to them ! Great work guys will definitely come back!

have been in many salons in my life i spent too much money before ,no one of them fix my hair or did what i want , except the HAIR Avenu Salon really the high quality of product , the highest experienced employees (specially my hairdresser HAZZ ✅) but all of them they are perfectionists , They changed my hair from brown to blonde 👱🏻‍♀️ really it’s very difficult and also my hair was so so damaged they know how to treat the hair , we don't forget also about the extensions that they have ,i did the extenstions to make my hair take rest (the best quality and never destroy your hair) , they advise you also what’s the good or the bad for your hair i have been with them 8 months every week there for blowdry ( even blowdry they are experienced on it ) they are HAIR Doctors 💇‍♀️🧑‍🔬👨‍⚕️ Check the pictures 👇 First picture with short brown hair The final one after i remove extension with blonde healthy hair ✅
