Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended at All! We had one of the worst shopping experiences at this store. We purchased a cooker gasket, which turned out to be of very poor quality. Shockingly, it changed color after just one use and gave off a strong rubber smell that affected the food. Despite being substandard, it was sold at a price equal to a genuine company accessory. When we brought this issue to the attention of the staff, their response was incredibly rude and dismissive. Both the salesperson and the cashier showed no concern and refused to acknowledge the problem, even though they had earlier promised a return in case of any defect. The behavior we encountered was unacceptable, and the product was clearly a waste of money. We were left feeling cheated and disrespected. This was hands down the worst shopping experience we've ever had. I strongly advise others to avoid this shop and give it a negative rating. Note: The gasket was so bad, we throw it back to them to cook their own biryani !

Not recommend at all ……! Very bad service and we had to leave all the things i took because on the cashier’s bad behavior, They have cheep quality products with very high price compared to other shopes in hor al anz in dubai eg. a cloth for samovar tea we can get 5 or 6 for AED 10. But here it is only 1 for AED10 and 1 plate was aed 23 yesterday the same but better quality was only 19 in other shop in dubai The same plate when we ask cost today it become 30 🤦🏻‍♂️( we jst asked not to buy)

Prices are too high and shopkeeper is too arrogant to listen. I was not much worried about the high prices but the way he dealt with me was very unprofessional. I would give -star if there was any. Not recommended for anyone to buy anything.
