Lovely experience with Happy Paws. I have visited earlier for dropping off a stray for TNR. And visited recently to do vaccinations for a stray as well. Vet Rojan very nicely explained to me the that we shouldn't do vaccinations before a grooming session. Had a good experience.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this vet clinic today with my kitten Bebo! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The meet-and-greet team and the assistant vet were all so kind and professional, making both us and my kitten feel at ease. A special shoutout to Dr. Dan, who is truly amazing! He is so hands-on, loving, and attentive to every pet patient he handles. His genuine care and passion for animals shine through in everything he does. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure I felt informed and confident about my kitten's care. The level of care here is simply superb, and I can't recommend this clinic enough! I knew we had to see Dr. Dhan at Happy Paws. During our first visit, he carefully examined Lucy and suspected an ear hematoma. He explained everything with such compassion and professionalism, guiding us through the treatment options. I felt hopeful when he mentioned we could start with medicine and that surgery might not be necessary. We went home, optimistic and armed with a treatment plan. For a week, I watched Lucy closely, hoping to see improvement. But as fate would have it, her ear swelled up again. Feeling anxious, I returned to Happy Paws for another check-up. Dr. Dhan’s reassurance made all the difference as we decided to go ahead with the surgery. The day of the surgery was nerve-wracking, but the team was amazing. They kept me updated throughout the process, sending messages and even videos to show how Lucy was doing. It truly helped ease my worries during a tough time. When I finally brought Lucy home, I was filled with relief and gratitude. She started to heal quickly, and after a week, we returned to have her stitches removed. Watching her regain her playful spirit has been the highlight of my days! Now, Lucy is almost fully recovered and back to her mischievous self. While her ear may look a little different, her health and happiness are what matter most. Our cats were diagnosed with liver disease and were given medications. After two weeks, they are better and one of our cat does not pee anymore outside his litter box. We also had our cats neutered and both did well after surgery. We are happy and satisfied with this vet. We know our cats are in good hands. Thank you Doctor Mark for handling our cats with care and for the advices. Grateful as well to the well trusted and very accommodating staffs & nurses ☺️☺️❤️
