I think owner of this kitchen have no humanity??? First of all ,all the staff is lazy please hire some turtles they work fast And second please arrange some chairs 🪑 benches for sitting We are also humans now hot weather is start and where wo sit and wait for the order Try to understand arrange chair 🪑 benches for us Inshallah owner will arrange if he is a good man otherwise it's okay 👎👎👎👎

Very bad service.. very bad behaviour with riders and Thay Ready order from system but order not ready ... And here no have any sitting area and to much waiting for order pickup .. thay cannot listen and misbehave to riders.. my suggestion to customer not order from here it's better you order to other kitchen or shops

Very disappointed with Happy Plater Kitchen. Every time I place an online order from Dubai Silicon Oasis, it takes more than 2 hours to arrive. This has happened repeatedly. They clearly lack efficiency and proper time management. Food arrives cold and late, making the whole experience frustrating. I do not recommend this place if you expect timely delivery and professional service.

No sitting oustide specially riders temperature 54 degree riders stills waiting outside..staff too much bad behaviour with riders
