The service exceeded my expectations. I was very anxious since my cat gets terrified and becomes aggressive whenever he’s at the vet’s or groomer’s. Anthony reassured me that he knows how to handle cats with an attitude and it’s true! It all went so smooth and quick. I thought he was dropping the cat off after less than 30 mins because he couldn’t handle him. But to my surprise, my boy Baseet was fully groomed, clean, brushed, and perfumed with his long nails trimmed. It was an excellent experience. In addition to all the above, I asked if they can come earlier than agreed and to my good luck they could accommodate my request. Overall, an excellent experience and worth the extra money you’ll be paying to buy your peace of mind.

Super convenient and hassle-free. The groomer arrived on time, was great with my pet, and the results were excellent, Benji smelled super fresh. No mess, no stress and was calm and happy throughout. Really impressed with the service, I will definitely book again.
