Hatha Vidya Yoga Centre

I am a student at the Hatha Vidya Yoga Centre and it was the best decision I have taken to join them. The YTTC course is wonderfully designed, the teachers are very dedicated and they follow a systematic, through approach of teaching. Yoga isn’t about the yoga poses but the breath work, aligning one’s body and taking one step at a time - This is something I have learnt here. If you are looking to join yoga classes or the Teachers Training Course, this is the place to be. Special mention to the dedicated staff and guru for their dedication and commitment.

If you’re thinking of joining Hatha Vidya because it looks like a spiritual, traditional yoga school—don’t be fooled. What they practice isn’t yoga, it’s a masterclass in rigidity, greed, and hypocrisy. I paid AED 2500 in advance for classes and wasn’t told the deposit was non-refundable or non-transferable. When I couldn’t attend due to life circumstances, I asked them to simply transfer the sessions to my mother. A normal, human request. Denied. Coldly and repeatedly. They’re now insisting I must personally complete 57 sessions before July 31st or lose the entire amount. Not a single rupee can go to waste—even if it means nobody benefits. Why? Because “policy.” This kind of soulless bureaucracy and money-grabbing has nothing to do with yoga and everything to do with control and profit. It’s fake spirituality wrapped in Sanskrit buzzwords. For a place that preaches compassion, they sure don’t practice it. Do yourself a favour—find a studio that sees you as a person, not just a payment. This one failed on every level that matters.

Namaste 🙏 I joined Hatha Vidya Yoga Center for 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training course. I am very happy to get well trained Teachers and through them I am able to get a real insight into the traditional way of yoga asanas, pranayama and the meditation. Teachers as well as the non teaching staffs are very friendly. Most of them are available at any time to clarify our doubts.Hatha Vidya Yoga Center conduct so many fruitful programs on theory as well as practical, which will help us to experience the Yoga in a different perspective other than just an exercise. I wish Hatha Vidya Yoga Center great success in the coming years!

One of the best Yoga centers in Dubai. I have been practicing yoga since a year and my experience in the center has helped me in terms of flexibility, feeling fresh relaxed and peaceful. All the asanas are taught step by step and with utmost care.The trainers are well experienced and give you good attention and personal focus. Thank to Jyothi mam for being so caring, cheerful and patient with me. She has truly motivated me at every step and I’m so happy to learn so much from her. I have been learning & practising yoga at Hatha Vidya for almost six months now. So far my experience with the centre and benefits has been nothing short of enriching and eye opening. My yoga teacher Ms Jyothi with her kind nature and her teaching style made me commit to the Yoga process ( has to be from her long experience in Yoga instruction). Now, I am committed to go on practicing and learning with Hatha Vidya. Overall an excellent place to learn Yoga with individual attention to students with their own pace which is unique unlike other Yoga centres. Highly recommended everyone to try once through their trail class and see for yourself :-)
