Honestly so pleased with the place we had. Everything was perfect. Go on and book, you won't regret. The place was clean, the shower was good, entering was easy. This place honestly made my stay a 5 star stay in Dubai. We stayed at the apartment in JVC. PERFECT AND SPACIOUS. The location is good as well! Loved it!

Unfortunately, my experience with HAVN has been really unpleasant and I want to share my experience in order to give them the chance to improve their services and warn potential guests. At the beginning, the interaction was friendly. The first bad indicators were that their WhatsApp account was ever so often blocked and a different number was used to get in touch with me. After signing the contract for a fixed amount of time and a set monthly payment agreement, I was asked to transfer the deposit and agency fee. Only two weeks before I was supposed to move into my new home, i received a message from Ynah from HAVN, that the landlord has changed his mind and wants to charge us more money, around 3K AED more a month then initially agreed on. Otherwise, I can't have the apartment. After having multiple conversations with their team, being ignored and chasing them without getting a follow up from their side, I asked for my deposit and agency fee back. Still to this day, I havent received my money back and will be homeless now. Unfortunately this is my last resort and I don't know how else I can get my money back. Please be aware that signing a contract with HAVN won't give you any security and they will still ask you to pay more money than mentioned in the agreement!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Havn Lifestyle Getaways! From the start, the hosts were incredibly friendly and made the entire process seamless. The location is unbeatable – right on the stunning Dubai Marina, with everything just a short walk away. The space itself was clean, beautifully maintained, and had such a calm, and comfortable vibe. The amenities were super convenient, making it feel like a home away from home. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day. I really enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience in Dubai!

I moved into my apartment in October, and from day one, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I was promised a clean and ready apartment by the 5th. When I arrived, it was filthy, full of cockroaches, with missing furniture, and completely unprepared. Despite paying everything upfront—rent, deposit, and agency commission—I had to pay for a hotel out of pocket and only moved in on the 9th. Even then, essential items like the mattress and sofa arrived late, and the promised deep cleaning was never done. Since then, maintenance has been a nightmare. Every issue I’ve raised has taken over a week to address—if it was addressed at all. Most of the time, I’ve had to solve things myself. Whether it was a broken remote, lack of internet, or cleaning behind old furniture, I was left alone to handle it, despite repeated promises like “we’ll come tomorrow” or “we’ll check with the admin.” The company shows zero urgency when it comes to fixing problems, yet extreme urgency when it comes to rent collection. I receive constant reminders—even late at night or early morning—starting the day before rent is due. I’ve paid my rent consistently, yet I’ve been treated with disrespect and pressure. It’s unacceptable to pay full price and commission for a service that has failed to deliver basic professionalism. No proper move-in inspection, no follow-up, no accountability. And after more than six months, I still don’t have access to the parking space I was promised. I’ve kept every message and every proof of the poor service. All I ask is that they do their job—nothing more. I deserve what I paid for.

The hotel truly stands out with its impeccable structure and prime location, but what makes it exceptional is the level of care and support they provide to their guests. From ensuring a smooth arrival to assisting with any unforeseen needs, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease. Their attention to detail and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction elevate the entire experience. Highly recommended!
