I am giving up a 5 star for this agency because I found a good feedback from most of my friends and colleagues. Although I am in a job hunt and I will surely visit them. But I went through a review and I found that someone was just grabbing attention and was wasting recruitment agencies time. Dude listen if you already have an offer than why did you approach the recruitment agency and wasted their time. Do you even know how hard its for them to align a candidate for an interview and get them prepared according to their profile. They try their level best to get you hired and on top of that they need to maintain a trust in the market. So from next time be mindful about this.

While I had a positive feedback from a client and things 90% got through, due to delay in offer letter I went with another employer who's offer I have been keeping on hold for a week. The recruitment agent knew very well I had another offer. Was surprising to see how rude and disrespectful she became over phone once she got to know I wont be going with her client. She turned unprofessional and aggressive so quickly. Some of the things she said to me "we wont be working with you anymore" and "you are making a terrible decision". As her rant and threats continued without giving me a chance to speak, I found the room to say that "I do not appreciate her tone" and "there is no need to speak to me that way or threaten me" but she simply continued. I did not loose myself or be disrespectful through the entire conversation. For this "Senior Manager" - think before you speak, you don't know who or what the opposite person is going through. You have NO right to speak that way. I'm sorry but "Hays" if this is the way you encourage your agents to treat and behave with candidates, shame on you. I don't want help from your team of bullies and will never recommend your company in any professional capacity.

I had put my CV on a talent platform and Antonia contacted me in January with a position that was very interesting (first time I’d spoken to her). She then guided me through the recruitment process with the company and never hesitated to answer my questions or get the answer when she didn’t know it. She got me the offer I wanted and I am pleased to say I am very happy in my new role! I’m posting under a different name, however there is an English recruiter who called me few days ago regarding a job application, she says all good and she’ll send me an email right away and continue from there. I didn’t receive any email, I even tried following up, she just disappeared like there is no tomorrow. Kindly respect people’s feelings and stop with your false hopes, I don’t know how such people get all the trust by company owners!
